Reservation Fee:

A reservation fee of ₱5,000.00 is required to secure your child’s spot. This amount is deductible from the total tuition fee upon payment but is non-refundable.

Enrollment Requirements:

To complete the enrollment process, please submit the following:

• • A fully completed Information Sheet
• • Photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate
• • Medical Certificate from a Pediatrician or Family Physician
• • Four (4) ID photos of the child (1x1 size)
• • ID photos (1x1 size) of individuals authorized to pick up the child, including parents
